You close your eyes, and suddenly you are holding the winning ticket. People are cheering. Money is everywhere. Then you wake up, and your purse is as empty as yesterday. Many of my clients ask me: “Prof Nahabu, what do dreams about winning the lottery mean? Is it a sign that I will win?” The honest answer is that these dreams can go either way. They can carry luck, and at the same time they can carry bad luck.
I am a psychic and traditional healer from Africa, and dreams are one of the oldest ways the spirit world speaks to us. In this guide I explain how I read them, so you know which kind of dream you are having.
Dreams Can Carry Luck or Bad Luck
In my tradition, a dream is a message, but not every message is a blessing. The same dream can mean different things for different people, depending on their spirit, their ancestors and what is happening around them. Some dreams open the road. Others show you what is being taken from you.
When Money Dreams Are Bad Luck
Think about these dreams that so many people have:
- you are seated on a lot of money, counting it, feeling rich;
- you are picking money on the road, notes and coins everywhere;
- someone hands you a bag of cash, or you find a treasure.
Then you wake up in poverty. The bills are still there, the money never comes, and the dream keeps returning. Spiritually, this is a curse and bad luck, straight. In the dream your fortune is shown to you, and in the dream it is spent, so in waking life your hands stay empty. The money has been eaten in the spirit world before it could reach you. This is the work of bad energy, of jealous people, or of a curse placed on your fortune.
“When you are rich every night and poor every morning, someone is eating your luck in your sleep.”
What It Means for the Lottery
It is the same with the lottery. There are two very different dreams, and it is important to know which one you had:
- Dreaming of winning numbers. If numbers come to you in a dream — on a ticket, on a door, spoken by an elder or a departed relative — this can be somehow better. The ancestors sometimes show numbers to the ones they want to help. Write them down as soon as you wake.
- Dreaming that you have already won. Seeing yourself celebrating, holding the jackpot or spending the prize is not proper spiritually. Very often it is a curse: the win happens in the dream so that it does not happen in life. This kind of dream needs cleansing.
But as I always tell my clients, it can be either way. People have different cultures and different spiritual guidance. For some families, a dream of winning is truly a sign of coming fortune, and some people have dreamed and won. That is why I never judge a dream by its picture alone. I read the person who dreamed it.
How I Read Your Lottery Dream
When you tell me your dream, I read it together with your name, your date of birth and your palm. With the gifted powers from my forefathers, I see whether the dream came from your ancestors with a blessing, or whether it came from bad energy taking your luck away. If the dream carried numbers, I check them against the numbers your spirit was born with; read lucky numbers from your date of birth.
When I tell you what I see, I also tell you what to do next: play, wait, or cleanse.
When the Dream Needs Cleansing
If the reading shows that your money dreams or your winning dreams are a curse, the first step is not to buy more tickets. It is to remove what is eating your luck. Through spiritual cleansing with natural herbs, prayers to the ancestors and my gifted powers, I clear the bad luck from your spirit. Many clients tell me that after cleansing, the empty money dreams stop, and their dreams begin to show them useful things instead. Read how to remove bad luck before playing the lottery.
Keep a Dream Journal
Keep a notebook beside your bed. When you wake, write down the date, the dream, any numbers, any people, and how you felt. Over weeks, patterns appear. Send me your notes during your reading; they help me see clearly. You can also read the signs your lottery spell is working, because dreams often change once spiritual work begins.
